The main theme for my three artifacts to link them all together is basketball. I taught a Bitty Ball camp for little kids to learn basketball in the past. In the present, I went to a basketball scrimmage with the Best Buddies organization. In the future, I hope to have my own "team" of students I'll be teaching. In all of these artifacts, the main theme is basketball and the skills involved in the sport. Throughout these different times in my life, I have grown as a leader, a group member, and a team player. Forming relationships and bonds with others will help me to teach in the future and be a good leader in my classroom. I hope to form a bond with my students the way I did with my team. I want them to feel close and family-like, being dependent on me and passionate about the schoolwork.
